Shipping

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy:

Shipment processing time:

We strive to get all orders are processed within 10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipment method and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout. The shipping time and cost will be determined by the method you chose. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  We can ship to PO Boxes if that is your mailing address for your payment method. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 to 48 hours. 

 

Damages:

Bustnastitch.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We recommend taking photos.

 

International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Return & Refund Policy:

Returns can be made up to SEVEN (7) calendar days after receipt. Return shipping cost must be paid by buyer, unless there was an error on our part. Products must be non used (NEW), non worn, non washed, and non embellished to qualify for a return. Misused or abused items are not returnable. Only items that have an error in our or manufactures workmanship will be accepted for return. Please contact us for a RMA#. 

Refunds will be processed once received and inspected by Bustnastitch.com. We will decide if replacement or refund is the appropriate method to handle the problem. 

We try to ship our orders out as quickly as possible, and for that reason we DO NOT accept cancellations after one (1) business day.

If there was an error in your order due to our mistake, please let us know right away by contacting us.
